This is a ten week therapeutic programme which is delivered in small groups of no more than eight people and
is for those who experience disordered eating; this includes compulsive eating and emotional overeating and binge eating.
The programme is based on contemporary research evidence and is designed specifically to help you to change
your relationship with food; support you to leave yoyo dieting behind and reach your wiser weight.
Do you spend a lot of time thinking about food?
Do you eat when you are not physically hungry?
Do you feel guilty or disgusted when you eat ‘unhealthy’ foods?
Do you eat for comfort when you are upset, angry, bored?
Do you eat to the point of feeling too full and uncomfortable?
Are you secretive about how much you eat?
When you start eating do you find it hard to stop?
Do your eating behaviours lead to you feeling emotionally upset?
Do your eating behaviours interfere with aspects of your life?
Have you tried many diets and joined/re-joined slimming clubs?
If you answered yes to any of these questions then this suggests this programme is right for you.
